ARUSEntertainment.com is dedicated to providing a quality online book-buying experience. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and to better serve your needs we offer all our ebooks DRM-Free.

However, this means that we cannot accept or process returns once you have downloaded a digital product. If you feel you have made a purchase in error (perhaps by adding too many of the same item to your cart, or by purchasing the wrong format for your e-reader), please contact us using the form on this page within 30 days of your purchase so that we can address your needs as soon as possible. Alternately, you may initiate a return directly from your order page, subject to the terms and restrictions above.

Similarly, as a small business, we are not set up to process physical returns the same way as a large online retailer like Amazon.com. If your book is damaged in transit, or if the books in your shipment do not match your order details or the included receipt, please contact us immediately so that we may investigate the problem and determine the appropriate solution. We may need to request further information to address your concerns.

If (at our determination) a refund or replacement is necessary, please do not return any physical products. Consider instead donating unnecessary books to a local library, recycling the damaged product, or sharing them with your friends. Our customer service staff will work with you as long as it takes to make things right, but please understand that there are some circumstances that are entirely out of our control.
